Tarn Crags Top [Bowscale Fell East Top]

Rising above the steep, eastern amphitheatre of Bowscale Tarn, this grassy plateau offers a quieter perspective on the Northern Fells. A secondary summit of Bowscale Fell, its gentle slopes belie the dramatic plunge of the crags below. It provides an excellent link for those traversing from Mungrisdale toward the higher Skiddaw massifs.
