TrailTrack is a big project. We care about the data, we love the hills, and we spend a lot of time checking that every statistic and image is right. Even so, mistakes can happen.

Help Us Keep It Accurate

We track thousands of hills, and each one comes with plenty of detail: prominence, geology, local history, and even the nearest town for a well-earned pint after your walk.

That’s a lot of information. We work with trusted sources, but now and then something may slip through. It might be a spelling mistake, a figure updated by a newer survey, or a photo that doesn’t quite match the peak it’s meant to show.

We want TrailTrack to be as reliable and useful as possible. If you spot something that doesn’t look right, we’d really appreciate you telling us.

If you’ve noticed anything that needs correcting, please get in touch. It could be a data issue, the wrong image, or just a small typo.

When you contact us, it helps if you include:

The name of the hill
The detail or photo that needs checking
The correct information, if you have it

We’ll review it and fix it as quickly as we can.
