Mosshope Bank

Rising to 521 metres in the Lowther Hills, this grass-topped moorland summit sits in the upper reaches of Moffatdale. The hill forms part of a gentle ridgeline typical of this corner of the Southern Uplands, where rounded slopes and extensive peat hags characterise the terrain. A quiet, unfrequented top mostly visited by classification completers.
