Meall Dearg Far South Top

A subsidiary summit on the southern flank of the Aonach Eagach ridge above Glen Coe, sitting well below the main crest at 550 metres. This grassy top occupies steep, unstable ground characteristic of the ridge's treacherous southern slopes, where grass and scree conceal cliffs beneath. Rarely visited as a deliberate objective, being overshadowed by the drama of the main ridge traverse above.
