About Beinn Bhuidhe
Situated on the rugged Knoydart peninsula overlooking Loch Hourn, this 570m peak offers a remote perspective on the Northwest Highlands. Reached via the long walk-in to Barrisdale, its slopes provide an isolated vantage point, tucked between the towering bulk of Ladhar Bheinn and the deep, fjord-like waters of the loch below.

- •Standing at the summit provides a unique, low-level perspective of the sea-loch narrows at Barrisdale, with the sharp peak of Beinn Sgritheall rising directly across the water to the north.
- •Despite being less than 600 metres high, the logistical effort required to reach its base from the nearest road often exceeds that of climbing several Munros in more accessible regions.
