What's the easiest peak to start with on the Dales 30?

Great Knoutberry Hill is probably your best bet. You can start from near Dent station, which is already high up, so it's a short climb with amazing 360-degree views. Whernside and Pen-y-ghent are also good starter options with well-marked paths.
