Cnoc a' Mhadaidh

Standing at 594 metres in the remote country between Durness and Loch Shin, this Dodd occupies a lonely stretch of Sutherland's northern interior. The terrain is characteristically rough, with peat hags and heather common on the approach. The summit offers views across a landscape defined by scattered lochans and distant ridges.
