Carn Gearresith

Rising above the Spey Valley near Newtonmore, this rounded Monadhliath summit offers a quieter alternative to the popular nearby Munros. The terrain is classic high moorland, featuring heather and occasional peat hags. It provides a superb vantage point across the strath toward the massive western wall of the Cairngorm plateau.
