The Socach

Perched above the eastern shore of Loch Fyne in Argyll, this 506-metre Dodd occupies wooded and rough ground north of Inveraray. The summit offers views across the loch to the Cowal hills, with Beinn Bhuidhe's broad mass visible to the northwest. A modest ascent through mixed terrain, typical of the forested lower slopes around the loch head.
