Meallan Buidhe

Rising to 555 metres in the Northwest Highlands, this Dodd sits within the wild country north of Glen Affric. The summit lies in relatively remote terrain, where peat hags and heather slopes are typical underfoot. The name translates from Gaelic as 'yellow little hill', likely describing the colour of autumn grasses on its flanks.
